A “GSI-1000 agreement” is an agreement that ensures you always have back-up support for your turbines.
It provides you with maximum flexibility for maintaining and servicing and you will pay on a case-by-case basis. We provide the specialist, troubleshoot and inform you about solutions and, if relevant, the parts.
A “GSI-2000 agreement” is based on the “GSI-1000 agreement,” but also includes a “24/7 surveillance hotline assistance”. With this agreement, technical support is available 24/7/365. This agreement is very flexible and you decide if further support from GSI Wind is required, also on a case-by-case basis.
A “GSI-3000 agreement” is a fixed-price service contract. Your turbines will be maintained according to the service program, provided by qualified technicians and the turbine performance is sustained through regular maintenance.
Main components failures can be very costly. The effect of failure will often lead to a poorer return on investment. GSI Wind offers you proactive inspections of the gearbox, generator and blades. This is done by the most experienced service technicians and you will receive documentation for each turbine.
